By using this website or purchasing the products from the seller, you indicate that you agree to the following Terms of Conditions, Shipping, Returns, Cancellations, Privacy, and the Disclaimer.

On request customer may electronically transfer payment into our business account, email zaneoskow@gmail.com for banking details. If customer credits money to incorrect bank account number and the correct account was provided by seller, the seller will not accept responsibility for correcting payment and goods will not be dispatched.

Shipping, Returns, Cancellations

If a product is found to be mis-addressed by seller the seller is responsible for redelivery or replacement free of charge. If customer has supplied an incorrect or insufficient address then the seller will not resend or refund free of charge. Responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by customer at the additional postal costs.

Seller makes every effort practical to ensure delivery timeframes are met. Ordered products will be posted once the payment funds have cleared into sellers account. By placing an order you agree not to hold the seller liable for unmet mailing time frames due to third party delays or force majeure.

Seller reserves the right to cancel order/s that are believed to be fraudulent or constitutes misuse or potential mis-marketing activity.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the seller. If the received item is found to be defective or damaged please immediately contact us for discussion and assessment of refund.

Privacy

By providing your email address you consent to receiving electronic communication for the seller. The communication from the seller will include account status and order updates for purchases. Promotional and new release advice may be emailed.

Under no circumstances will your personal details or email address be intentionally provided to any third party.

All website or email reviews will only contain FIRST names and area locations, it will contain no other personal details if posted on the website. All reviews or Zaneos Mob communication will be assess for content that is appropriate for children and others to read.

Seller collects names and address information solely for purpose of delivery of goods. Seller may at times email customers and Zaneo’s Mob member of new releases. On these communications the seller provides a means by which the customer may choose to never receive these contact communications again – Opt Out.
